Abuse Reporting Form

If you have noticed abuse of Binhost's services, please report it here in as much detail as you can. It is most helpful to have exact dates and times, parties and addresses affected, exact websites or accounts responsible or affected, the nature of the event, emails associated with it (including full headers), etc. The more detail you can provide our abuse team with, the better we can respond.

Regarding Email Addresses: We highly recommend that you specify two email addresses that we can reach you through. Many times one address has gone bad for some reason and the secondary has been very helpful in reaching the customer.

Regarding Phone Numbers: Please make sure to specify daytime and nighttime phone numbers. Binhost only uses phone numbers in case of an emergency (such as an outage) and will not call them for billing or other "normal" events. We respect your privacy.
